Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, providing you discounted rates from UPS (USA) and FedEx (International).

LINKA will ship goods on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis. This means that you are responsible for all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you will need to pay any taxes and duties directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. For more details, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority for ‘Duties and Taxes’ information.

You may add your Tax ID in the Notes section at Cart to ensure a smoother process with your respective tax authority. 

In accordance with our local tax laws, we charge taxes within California only.

If we find that there is a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace your item(s) within 1 year of purchase (2 years for EU countries only) according to our Warranty Policy. 

Any modified items are reviewed on a case by case basis for eligibility of returns. We cannot guarantee we will accept returns on modified items.

To initiate the exchange process for purchases from linka-fleets.com, please submit a return request. 

Please allow for up to two weeks of processing returned items once they have been received for exchange. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 15% restocking fees may apply.
