About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how LINKA Labs, LLC (“LINKA,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on linkafleets.com, linkalock.com, docs.linkalock.com and our web dashboards (the “Sites”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and software development kits (SDKs) in apps. Some are set by us (“first-party”); others are set by companies that provide services to us (“third-party”). Some last only while your browser is open (“session”); others stay until they expire or you delete them (“persistent”).
2. Categories we use

3. Cookies on our Sites
The table lists the main cookies we use. Names and lifetimes can change when providers update their tools; the cookie settings panel on the Sites always shows the current list.

4. Your choices
- Cookie banner and settings. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
- Where you live matters. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we do not set functional, analytics or marketing cookies until you opt in. Elsewhere, including California, these cookies may be on by default and you can opt out.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing cookies and of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites, such as FleetView sign-in, from working.
- Ad industry opt-outs. You can also opt out of interest-based ads through your LinkedIn and Meta ad settings.
5. Mobile apps
Our Go Access App and Operator App do not use browser cookies. They use SDKs for crash reporting, performance monitoring and, where you allow it, location and Bluetooth. They do not use advertising identifiers to track you across other companies’ apps. See the Go Access App Privacy Notice for details.
6. Changes
We will update this policy when we add or remove cookies or providers, and change the “Last updated” date above. If a change needs fresh consent, we will ask again through the banner.
